The Soulfood Is....

An art consulting service helping artists and collectors connect with each other.

Curated Events in unusual spaces in different cities.

A web site featuring beautiful  photo essays of artists at work.

While living in Paris, founder and creator Kathleen Finlay realized that her background studying fine arts had come full circle with a project she began in 2013 of photographing artists in their studios.  Her strong desire to connect the work of the talented artists she was meeting with collectors led to the creation of this innovative new multi media platform after her return to Montreal in 2016.

Kathleen studied fine arts in Toronto until 1992. A photographer, painter, writer and art consultant; she finds her joy in the balance between creating her own art and working with artists and collectors through

The Soulfood. Her personal work has been exhibited in Canada, France and internationally through several exhibitions while earning a living as a commercial photographer. She recently returned to acrylic painting on wood panel. In addition, Kathleen now heads the production and curating of The Soulfood through art consulting, organizing curated events and creating the website content.
